This is nog a bug but an error in the Template. For all the Dimmers the "DMX Mode" is set to "N/A". Please set it to Block or Softpatch mode to be able to assign a DMX address to either a connected fixture or the Dimmer itself.
The option "N/A" should be used for Stand-Alone Dimmers without a DMX connection (and of course for Fixed Power outlets).
